Pooja, guide, trek, meal and photography bookings can be cancelled free up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. If a trek or service is closed due to forest department, temple or government orders, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.पूजा, गाईड, ट्रेक, जेवण व फोटोग्राफी बुकिंग नियोजित वेळेच्या २४ तास आधीपर्यंत मोफत रद्द करता येते. वन विभाग, मंदिर किंवा सरकारी आदेशामुळे ट्रेक/सेवा बंद असल्यास तारीख बदलता येते किंवा पूर्ण परतावा मिळतो.
4. Partner subscriptions४. पार्टनर सबस्क्रिप्शन
You may cancel auto-renewal anytime; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. 5. Donations५. देणगी
Donations are non-refundable. If an amount was debited twice or in error, write to us within 7 days with the transaction ID and we will refund the duplicate amount.देणगी परत मिळत नाही. रक्कम दोनदा किंवा चुकून कापली गेल्यास व्यवहार आयडीसह ७ दिवसांत आम्हाला लिहा, आम्ही जादा रक्कम परत करू.
6. How refunds are paid६. परतावा कसा मिळतो
Approved refunds are initiated within 2 working days and credited by Razorpay to the original payment method within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
