1. Our role१. आमची भूमिका
JAI BHIMASHANKAR is a booking facilitator. Accommodation is provided by independent partner hotels, transport by independent drivers/operators, and local services by independent providers. We verify partners but each partner is responsible for the service they deliver.JAI BHIMASHANKAR ही बुकिंग सुविधा देणारी सेवा आहे. निवास स्वतंत्र पार्टनर हॉटेल्स, वाहतूक स्वतंत्र चालक/ऑपरेटर आणि स्थानिक सेवा स्वतंत्र पुरवठादार देतात. आम्ही पार्टनरची पडताळणी करतो, परंतु प्रत्येक पार्टनर आपल्या सेवेसाठी जबाबदार असतो.
2. Bookings & payment२. बुकिंग व पेमेंट
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Taxes are shown at checkout where applicable.किमती भारतीय रुपयांमध्ये (INR). लागू असल्यास कर पेमेंटवेळी दाखवले जातात.
- A booking is confirmed only after successful payment through Razorpay and issue of a booking reference.Razorpay द्वारे यशस्वी पेमेंट व बुकिंग संदर्भ क्रमांक मिळाल्यानंतरच बुकिंग निश्चित होते.
- Taxi fares are estimates based on distance; tolls, parking, state entry tax and extra kilometres are payable at actuals.टॅक्सी भाडे अंतरावर आधारित अंदाज आहे; टोल, पार्किंग, राज्य प्रवेश कर व जादा किलोमीटर प्रत्यक्ष द्यावे लागतात.
- Valid government photo ID is required at hotel check-in for all adult guests.हॉटेल चेक-इनवेळी सर्व प्रौढ पाहुण्यांसाठी वैध सरकारी फोटो ओळखपत्र आवश्यक आहे.
3. Guest conduct३. पाहुण्यांचे आचरण
Bhimashankar is a sacred kshetra and a protected wildlife sanctuary. Alcohol, non-vegetarian food in restricted areas, littering, loud music and plastic misuse may be prohibited. Partners may refuse service for unsafe or unlawful behaviour without refund.भीमाशंकर हे पवित्र क्षेत्र व संरक्षित वन्यजीव अभयारण्य आहे. प्रतिबंधित भागात मद्य, मांसाहार, कचरा, मोठा आवाज व प्लास्टिकचा गैरवापर निषिद्ध असू शकतो. असुरक्षित किंवा बेकायदेशीर वर्तनासाठी पार्टनर परताव्याशिवाय सेवा नाकारू शकतात.
4. Partner subscriptions४. पार्टनर सबस्क्रिप्शन
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance and auto-renew until cancelled.सबस्क्रिप्शनचे बिल मासिक किंवा वार्षिक आगाऊ होते आणि रद्द करेपर्यंत आपोआप नूतनीकरण होते.
- Partners must hold valid licences and give accurate photos, prices and availability.पार्टनरकडे वैध परवाने असणे आणि अचूक फोटो, दर व उपलब्धता देणे आवश्यक आहे.
- We may suspend a listing for repeated complaints, misleading information or unlawful activity.वारंवार तक्रारी, दिशाभूल करणारी माहिती किंवा बेकायदेशीर कृत्यांसाठी आम्ही लिस्टिंग स्थगित करू शकतो.
- Commission (if any per plan) is deducted from booking payouts.प्लॅननुसार कमिशन (असल्यास) बुकिंग पेमेंटमधून वजा केले जाते.
5. Donations५. देणगी
Donations are voluntary contributions towards the seva activities described at the time of giving. Unless a valid 80G registration is displayed, donations are not eligible for income-tax deduction.देणगी ही देताना वर्णन केलेल्या सेवा उपक्रमांसाठी ऐच्छिक योगदान आहे. वैध 80G नोंदणी दाखवली नसल्यास देणगी आयकर सवलतीस पात्र नाही.
6. Liability६. जबाबदारी
We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by weather, landslides, road closures, temple administration decisions, government orders or other events beyond our control. Our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount paid to us for that booking.हवामान, दरड कोसळणे, रस्ता बंद, मंदिर प्रशासनाचे निर्णय, सरकारी आदेश किंवा आमच्या नियंत्रणाबाहेरील घटनांमुळे होणाऱ्या विलंब किंवा रद्दीसाठी आम्ही जबाबदार नाही. कोणत्याही बुकिंगसाठी आमची एकूण जबाबदारी त्या बुकिंगसाठी आम्हाला दिलेल्या रकमेपर्यंत मर्यादित आहे.
7. Governing law७. लागू कायदा
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.हे नियम भारतीय कायद्यानुसार आहेत. पुणे, महाराष्ट्र येथील न्यायालयांना विशेष अधिकारक्षेत्र असेल.
